Eligibility: Youth ages 5 to 21, educationally diagnosed with emotional disturbance, autism, or pervasive developmental delay.

Fee Amounts: Tuition funded through the Commonwealth and the referring school districts.
Intake Procedure: By appointment; referral from the local school district's department of special education is required. Applications are accepted throughout the year through a rolling admissions process.

Intake Requirements: The following documents are required from the referring school district:

A) Letter of request for placement

B) Current Evaluation or Re-evaluation Report

C) Current IEP

D) Current Psychological/psychiatric information if applicable.
