Provides free training, information, and technical assistance to help parents throughout Pennsylvania become more effective advocates for their children. Services include information about the special education and healthcare systems, workshops and conferences on disability issues, and one to one technical assistance.

Eligibility: Individuals with disabilities, their families and friends, and organizations that work with people with disabilities, from birth to age 26. Funding is for families and youth.
