Intake Procedure: Drop-in or call. Call for appointment during Covid-19 closure.
Intake Requirements: Proof of age and medical insurance and Medicare when registering for services. Also, current PCP-name and number--current contact-relationship, name and contact--current working telephone land line or cell phone or both.

Helpful Tips: Presently offering a Grab-n-Go lunch between the hours of 11:30 am and 12:30 pm must be registered with Center, have transportation to pick up lunch, and call a day ahead to register--412-244-3405 or 412-244-3408.
Facility/ADA Access: meet ADA requirements- emergency ramp, handicap accessibility, handicap parking, handicap outfitted restrooms, etc.
