Eligibility:
Must be a resident of the City of Pittsburgh and meet the Community
Development Block Grant income guidelines.

Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an intake appointment.
Intake Requirements:
Individuals are required to complete an intake process to obtain
demographic information with along with a state issued photo ID or
driver's license (Proof of address if different from photo ID),
Social Security Cards for everyone in the household, (this is for
proof of household size) Most recent income documents for the past
30 days.
