Helpful Tips: In accordance with Pennsylvania state law, patients ages 14 to 17 may consent to confidential mental health services without the signature of a parent or guardian.

Limits to confidentiality include disclosing child abuse, elder abuse, or the intent to commit suicide or homicide.
