Intake Procedure: Call. All persons seeking eligibility for the ACCESS ADA Program must appear in person at the ACCESS office for evaluation. To make a reservation for ACCESS service, call at least one day or up to two weeks in advance.
Intake Requirements: For senior citizen and people with disabilities: Medicare or state ID cards.
