Offers case management to increase self-sufficiency. Case manager meets with person at least twice a month to help set goals, identify action steps to achieving goals, setting and maintaining a monthly budget, and offering support, guidance, and referrals needed to achieve goals.

Eligibility: Serves individuals who are looking for employment/better employment or education for employment and Live in Allegheny County (outside the City of Pittsburgh) and Have an annual income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level.
