Eligibility: Children between the ages of 6 weeks and 36 months who have or are at high risk of having, behavioral health problems, particularly those who have been prenatally exposed to alcohol or illegal substances or have a parent diagnosed with a mental illness.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm
