Provides rapid round-the-clock, mental health assessment, crisis stabilization, and intervention services. Trained mobile crisis counselors will travel to where individuals are located anywhere in Allegheny County.

Intake Procedure: Call to enroll. When referral form is received and reviewed by CACTIS office, the child's family is notified and a home visit is scheduled.
