Eligibility: DD214 form with at least one day of active duty service, or VA ID card; eviction letter from landlord, or family member or emergency shelter letter; income qualify at 50% of average median income for Westmoreland County.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
