Provides health insurance counseling to help people understand their Medicare and other health insurance benefits.
Counselors work individually and confidentially with Medicare beneficiaries to help with Medicare, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Program, Prescription assistance programs.

(Formerly known as APPRISE, the program offers assistance with Pennsylvania's State Health Insurance Assistance Program).
