Application assistance is provided free of charge.
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment.
Intake Requirements:
Photo ID, proof of residence, and documentation of income for all
members of the household. Copies of the utility bills for which the
client is seeking assistance.

Helpful Tips:
Dollar energy does not cover security deposits, reconnection fees,
or amounts over $500. If the customer owes these amounts the
customer must pay it before the application can be processed.
