Provides information and assistance for adults age 60 and older, and their families and advocates.

SeniorLine staff members are trained care managers who can answer questions about available services, help people to begin the process of receiving services from the Area Agency on Aging or partners in the community serving older adults.

Eligibility: Serves Allegheny County residents, age 60 and older. Family members and advocates do not need to be residents of Allegheny County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Answering service will answer 24/7 for general information and to leave a message for daytime staff. Calls are returned the following business day.
