Pittsburgh - Resource Coordination
Assists with key resources such as obtaining a state ID, signing up for food stamps and medical insurance, providing transportation to and from appointments, and accompaniment throughout the entire process of navigating the shelter and housing systems.
Eligibility: Serves individuals experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm; some crisis and outreach services are delivered outside regular office hours.
