Provides in-school and out of school programs and services for Latino youth in Western Pennsylvania. Offers tutoring, mentoring, and educational activities and discussions. Young Latinos can connect, celebrate their heritage, and develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in all aspects of their lives.
