Administrative Office - Suboxone Clinic
Provides consumers participating in medication assisted treatment required ongoing counseling throughout the duration of treatment. Counseling will address specific treatment issues and methods for maintaining long term recovery. Services are all as an outpatient.

Intake Procedure: Call the main intake line at:

The consumer will be asked to complete a brief telephone screening and then an Intake appointment will be scheduled.
Intake Requirements: Anyone with a need for substance abuse treatment services who is interested in medically assisted treatment. Suboxone and Vivitrol are 2 different forms of medication. The consumer will work with a staff person to determine the best course.

Facility/ADA Access: Handicap parking is in the back of the building. Call prior to appointment for specific instructions.
