Provides community based support for families with children ages prenatal through kindergarten. Services include: home visits, developmental screenings, goal planning, parenting classes, Parent Council, Parent Leadership opportunities, Fatherhood group, nurses provide pre and postnatal care and health education, Toddler Class, preschool class, referral to community resources, and fun family activities. A therapist is available to work with parents and children together and to refer to the parent child interaction therapy program.
