Pittsburgh - Allegheny Home Improvement Loan Program
Offers low-interest and no-interest home improvement loans to eligible homeowners within eligible areas of Allegheny County.

Emergency/Priority Improvement loans provide timely financing for the repair of code violation or emergency condition that presents a health and safety hazard.

General Improvement Loans support the rehabilitation and improvement of residential properties.

Limited grant funding may also available for qualifying loan recipients to cover a portion of costs of code repairs, lead abatement, accessibility improvements, and public sidewalk repairs.
