High Fidelity Wraparound Program
Assists families with a child at risk for out-of-home placement. High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW), in partnership with Allegheny County Joint Planning Teams (JPT). High Fidelity Wraparound is a process used to recognize the complex needs of children and youth with a mental health diagnosis and their families who are involved with several service systems. Wraparound is a way to improve the lives of children with complex behavioral needs and their families. The integration process of wraparound develops an individualized plan of care so that children and youth grow up in their homes and communities.

Eligibility: In order to qualify for this program, the family needs to live in Allegheny County and have a child who: is eligible for medical assistance, is between the ages of 0 and 21 with a mental health disorder, is at risk for out of home placement or hospitalization, has complex service coordination needs, and is involved in multiple systems (i.e. special education, child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health or drug and alcohol).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
