This initiative utilizes community-based providers that support evidence-based, outcome-oriented programs, and supports trauma-informed care that result in academic success, personal and career development, and good citizenship.

Eligibility: Serves youth (under age 18) in Allegheny County who are at risk of prosecution and/or incarceration.

Fee Amounts: Services provided free of charge. Youth and/or their parents/guardians may be responsible for the costs of repairing the harm caused to victims.
