Intake Procedure: Call or drop-in. Telephones are not answered on the weekend.
Intake Requirements: Photo ID, social security cards, birth certificates for all children up to age 13, proof of income, proof of address (e.g. utility bill), Green Letter for Goodfellows if received, and clothing sizes
