Assists low and moderate income families to achieve home ownership in Butler County. A HUD and PHFA-certified Housing Counseling agency. Provides housing counseling for: homeless, rental, home ownership, foreclosures/loss mitigation and budget and credit. Monthly classes pertaining to: home buyer education, foreclosure prevention and mortgage assistance.
