Eligibility: Adults between the ages of 19 and 64 or Veterans age 19+ who are uninsured or underinsured and below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm;

Hours may vary based on volunteer availability
