Provides financial assistance to households in an immediate housing crisis. Financial assistance up to $1500 for a family, and $1000 for an individual may be available.

Eligibility: Proof of housing crisis (typically a notarized eviction, letter from a shelter, letter from another social service agency). Income not exceeding 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
