Eligibility: 18 years of age or older; Resident of Washington County; Be in treatment voluntarily; Not in need of inpatient hospital or skilled nursing care as certified by the MA-51; Complete required DPW standardized screening and assessments; Not pose a danger to the self or others at the time of referral and admission; Not be appropriate for placement in a forensic psychiatric facility
