ARIN Intermediate Unit 28 - Young Parent Program - Underage User's Group
Provides an education and intervention program to help youth deal with alcohol, tobacco, and other drug issues. Program is for adolescents identified by law enforcement, schools, or agencies as substance abusers and who have been charged with underage drinking or other offenses.
