SPHS Behavioral Health - Substance Use Disorder Services
Provides access to drug and alcohol treatment services for uninsured individuals in Westmoreland County. Provides assessment of treatment needs, referral and linkage to needed services. Also provides case coordination and recovery support services for clients who have barriers to treatment services and recovery.

Eligibility: Any uninsured adult or adolescent who resides within Westmoreland County and has no substance abuse/behavioral health insurance coverage for substance treatment services.

Intake Requirements: Drivers license, any insurance cards if applicable, and any information needed for the County Assistance office since a person most likely will need to apply for medical assistance eligibility through the Department of Public Welfare.
