Eligibility:
Any uninsured adult or adolescent who resides within Westmoreland
County and has no substance abuse/behavioral health insurance
coverage for substance treatment services.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Requirements:
Drivers license, any insurance cards if applicable, and any
information needed for the County Assistance office since a person
most likely will need to apply for medical assistance eligibility
through the Department of Public Welfare.
