Audit Division Orphan's Court - Crime Victim / Witness Assistance Program
Offers medical and legal advocacy services to all victims of violent crime, particularly rape, sexual assault, and incest; post trial advocacy, intervention and support counseling, explanations of criminal justice system, court accompaniment upon request, social service referrals, and pastoral care for victims. Assistance with and monitoring of PA Crime Victim Compensation claims.

Eligibility: Victims, witnesses, and their families in cases of robbery, rape, aggravated assault, burglary, and homicide. All ages are served.
