Intake Procedure: Call.
Intake Requirements: Application forms, Proof of address, Proof of household income, Referral form, Social Security card/number, and State-issued ID.
Geographical Area: Westmoreland County
Helpful Tips: Dollar energy does not cover security deposits, reconnection fees or amounts over $500. If the customer owes these amounts the customer must pay it before the application can be processed.
