Provides a variety of supports and services for individuals and families caring for an older adult. Specidic assistance and the level of support offered is based on the needs of the caregiver and the older adult as determined by a formal assessment.

Eligibility: Individuals and families caring for an older adult (age 60 and over) who resides in Westmoreland County. Income restrictiond apply to some services.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Assessments are by appointment only.
