Senior Free Transit Program
The Senior Free Transit Program is made possible through funding by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The program offers free public bus transportation for senior citizens ages 65 and over on all routes at all times.

Hours: Transit Center hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm and Sat 10:00am-4:30pm. Westmoreland Transit service hours: Mon-Fri 4:30am-8:00pm and Sat 7:00am-6:30pm.

Intake Procedure: Apply in person at the Transit Center in downtown Greensburg, call 724-832-2706, or visit the website to download the application.

Completed applications with proof of age document can be faxed to 724-853-2760 or mailed to 41 Bell Way Greensburg Pa 15601.

Intake Requirements: Proper identification showing proof of age must be presented at the time of application.
Acceptable forms of identification include: Drivers License, PA Identification Card, Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Passport, Military Discharge Papers, or PACE Prescription Card.
Application can be submitted by mail or e-mail, but must include a copy of one of the acceptable proof of age documents.
