Provides a $2 match for every $1 which is up to a $4,000 match for $2,000 saved. Clients must work and want to save towards first home purchase, post-secondary school costs, or small business costs.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 16 years old, employed, be under 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline OR received the Earned Income Tax Credit on their federal tax returns, and have a net worth of less than $10,000.
