Eligibility: Pregnant individuals, new mothers, infants and children under age 5. Must be a Pennsylvania resident and meet the WIC income guidelines. Must also have a medical or nutritional risk, which is determined at the certification appointment. There are many qualifying risks.

Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment for intake. During the certification appointment, all eligibility requirements are checked and the WIC nutritionist will determine the medical or nutritional risk. Telehealth appointments are provided currently.
Intake Requirements: Proof of identity, income, residency, and pregnancy (if applicable).
