Provides mental health services to deaf/hard of hearing individuals through Community Counseling Center's outpatient and WCCD's Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) programs. The services provided are BHRS Mobile Therapy, Mobile Outpatient Therapy, Outpatient Therapy, and psychiatric services.
