Intake Procedure: Call or walk in
Intake Requirements: To register for a library card, patrons must provide an ID with a current address. If patrons are residents of Sharon, Hermitage, or Farrell the library card is free. Residents of other areas must pay a registration fee of $35.00 per year. Sharpsville residents are reimbursed half of their registration fee if they provide their municipality with a receipt of membership
