Dental Lifeline Network - Pennsylvania - Donated Dental Services
Provides free dental services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those who qualify as medically fragile.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a Veteran, lack adequate income to pay for dental care and:
  • Have a permanent disability, or
    • Be age 65 or older, or
    • Qualify as medically fragile.

    Fee Amounts: From time to time, people who can pay for part of their care may be asked to do so (for lab work, etc.)
    Intake Procedure: Apply online or print and return a completed application and required documents by mail.
    Intake Requirements: Proof of income and expenses, insurance information, dental and medical histories and current issues.
    Geographical Area: Service available across Pennsylvania; wait list and providers vary by county.
