Intake Procedure: Call the Center or visit in person. Basic information will be taken and directed appropriately for follow-up.
Intake Requirements: Must be a person with a disability, any age, residing in a covered county.
Geographical Area: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer, and Westmoreland counties.
