Services include, but are not limited to: assistive technology, waiver enrollment, HCBS advocacy, understanding and navigating services and benefits in the community, connection to appropriate services or agencies in the community, Transitioning out of a nursing home to a community based living environment, special education advocacy, New Castle office has in house gym and adaptive workout specialist
