Coordinates Early Head Start programs for low-income pregnant women/families with children, birth - age 3, and Head Start programs for preschool children, age 3-5, in the Lehigh Valley. Provides Early Head Start services in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton at SafeStart Centers. Provides Head Start services in Allentown and Easton at Pre-K Counts preschool.
