Helpful Tips: Services may include: Answering questions about the behavioral health plan and benefits and treatment programs; Helping in finding treatment for mental health or drug and alcohol problems; Connects clients to transportation services for appointments to mental health or drug and alcohol appointments; Providing health coordination for all client's procedures; Care managers work with providers to plan treatment for behavioral health services; Provide referrals to health and social services not covered by the plan and to support groups.
