State College - Youthful Offenders Program
Provides an alternative educational adjudication program for youth cited for violating alcohol laws. The program explores the effects of alcohol and other substance use and abuse- including social, physical, psychological, economic, and legal consequences. Instructors teach skills such as decision making and critical thinking and provide information on safe behaviors.

Intake Requirements: Registration is required. Students who successfully complete the alternative adjudication program can have their charges dismissed.
