Mental Health Forensic Case Management Program
Mental Health Forensic Case Management Program provides community based services to individuals who suffer from mental illness, who are incarcerated in the Philadelphia Prison System or who have a history of incarceration. The program works in conjunction with the Department of Behavioral Health Services Targeted Case Management Unit to promote mental health awareness and to improve the lives of those who suffer from mental illness.
