Coordinates the housing counseling services of three organizations: Concilio, Esperanza and the Norris Square Civic Association - These services are delivered to homeowners, potential homeowners and renters. Counselors identify predatory loans and assist homeowners to obtain good loan products for home repairs. Renters receive tenant rights and rental delinquency services. All clients receive Housing Consumer Education, including budget and credit counseling.
