Provides a safe, caring setting for individuals who have serious behavioral health problems such as bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, or substance abuse. Also appropriate for individuals with psychiatric problems who may be overwhelmed by homelessness, unemployment, legal or financial problems, or those experiencing the emotional consequences of physical illnesses such as HIV or AIDS.
