Central Behavioral Health - Montgomery, Norristown - Central Behavioral Health - Aftercare Program
The Aftercare/Outpatient program staff partner with adults diagnosed with serious mental illness, and provide opportunities for individual therapy, group therapy, medication management and assessment. Additionally, Aftercare/Outpatient offers services for individuals who are developmentally delayed. A lab is available on a weekly basis for blood tests.
