East Norriton - Transitional Housing
Offers two transitional housing programs: Nehemiah’s Way in the North Wales area, and Bridge Housing in the Norristown area. Provides a “bridge” between our shelter and independent, community living. Designed to enable families to become self-sufficient and help reduce the risk of them returning to a domestic violence situation. Provides case management, group counseling, life skills training, emergency financial assistance, children's services, and connections to community resources.
Eligibility: Adults (and their children) who have been served by the Laurel House Emergency Shelter program or other community based programs
Hours: Hotline answers 24/7.
Textline open Monday through Friday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
