Franklin - Representative Payee Services
Provides financial management services. FCS receives income payments, prepares and administers budgets, communicates with landlords, vendors, and Social Security, and disburses funds on behalf of the individual. Individuals receive a monthly statement showing income, disbursements, and current account balances.

Fee Amounts: $40.00 Monthly; A fixed rate fee is applied based upon the service that is received. Individuals should ask when scheduling.
Intake Procedure: Appointment required. Must be open with SAM. The SAM worker calls to set up an appointment.
