Fee Amounts: There is a $40.25 filing fee at the time a complaint for child and/or spouse support is filed.
Intake Procedure: Non-welfare clients may call for intake appointment they are then advised of needed information or may walk-in and be taken on a first come/first served basis. Welfare clients are advised by mail.
