Eligibility:
Individual must not be a member of The Wright Center for Community
Health
; must be a Luzerne County resident for 12 months or more
; Individual needs to continue to reside in Luzerne County
; Individual needs to be established with a licensed drug and alcohol provider and actively participating in treatment
. If an individual is leaving a sober living house, CEO will assist; if continuing to live in a sober house, CEO will not assist

Intake Procedure:
Can contact Dave Ritter, (CEO) for program protocol and intake
process information.
Intake Requirements:
Does not accept walk-ins; referrals must come from their providers.
Contact your Drug Treatment Program Specialist/Provider for
information and access to program referral. Treatment specialists
are familiar with program protocol.
